Prior to the start of the training, an applicant need to prepare the following documents for the application of a Student Pilot License (SPL) and medical examination in the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP);

  1. Result of pure tone audiometry ear examination which can be taken from any hospital
  2. Birth certificate
  3. If an applicant is wearing an eyeglass, bring spare.
  4. Passport
  5. CAAP licensing process and documents needed
    • Database
    • Medical (lab test, vision and hearing test, ecg, drug test, xray and physical examination)
    • Result of pure tone audiometry ear examination taken from any hospital
    • Passport with VISA stamp
    • Birth Certificate
    • Issuance of Student Pilot License
